O'Dwyer takes no-hit bid to the seventh, gets the W for the Crimson

The Crimson jumped out to a three to nothing lead over Owatonna in the top of the first with singles from Sam Kliber, Connor Buckley, Hunter Gerber, Tanner Albeck, and Brady Aubut. Maple Grove's bats stung a number of balls throughout the remainder of the game, but could only come up with one additional hit and no more runs. Thankfully they would need no more.
Evan O'Dwyer took the hill for MG and was dealing all day. O'Dwyer struck out nine, walked four, and took a no-hit bid to the seventh before giving up a lone single to lead off the final frame. Evan earned the victory, going six and two-thirds before giving way to Brody Berglin for the final out and the save.
The Crimson finish 2-0 at the St Cloud Tournament, with the final game canceled due to weather/conditions. Of note: Crimson JV win two games on Saturday in St Cloud to move to 8-2 on the season, winning their eighth game in a row.
